你好 现在是cmco ， 今年公司没有yearly起新，如今我被promoted 去更高的职位， workload 更多 ，却无意间发现新来的after comfirmation 薪水有起，比自己高蛮多的。 跟上司提起这事 却叫我等明年年中才能起新 。请问我应该怎么做 希望大家给点意见

用心表现和等到老板跟你讲的时间吧，你的老板既然说了明年年中一起起那就是有在准备了，给他一点时间。In the meantime, 把你分内的工作做好~
