If employee injured in company should HR accompany the staff to hospital?
In the factory where an employee is injured and the factory manager has requested the employee's parents to bring the employee to see the doctor/get treatment, should the HR personnel on duty have advised the factory manager to stop doing so and send a representative to accompany the employee to get full treatment to avoid any potential lawsuit or is there an act that requires the organization to see it's employee's treatment through to the end or is it employer etiquette to see it through?
