How you guys deal with disrespectful behaviour in workplace?

Among colleague and superior? What is the initial step to overcome this, do you start with educating your staff or straight away showcause letter?

I think there is a cultural issue involved in this, which also caused misunderstanding at all levels. Better to have ssperate discussion with each and get to the root.

In my opinion before going into anything it would be best to call that employee and find out what is the cause of his or her frustration. What triggered it? Then tell them that if this behaviour continues, Management can issue out showcause letter nd how it would affect them..
