I helping other department willingly,like work as a full-time at their department for 3 month ,already past 3 month I asked them to send me to old department or give me letter,but they refused to both

This new position they asked me to work at this new department was harder and the work schedule is longer,the job scope is harder so they need to adjust my salary if they give me an appoinment letter for this new position that I'm doing, but they still refuse to give me that appoinment letter or just send me back to my old department as requested by me,everyday I go back home late than my clique who work at my old department,I also been tasked for FB inquiry 2 hour everyday after going back home till 10 pm in this new position

I think the best solution is for you to direct and talk to your supervisor about how you felt, and how it mentally drains you. I wish you all the best.
