Can we use old contract once the worker start to work again?
I have a question regarding employment contract where the situation is like this, We have 1 staff that have started working in April 2018. Then she took maternity leave on march 2020 until may2020 but then she continue taking unpaid leave until now. And she going to start work back on this 17th May.
So how is her contract would be? Do we need to terminate the old one and do new one or just use the old contract only?
