Does the worker eligible to receive salary if they are using paid leave continously?

we have 1 worker, he has cancer now and unable to work since May to receive treatment. He has 60days hospitalisation payment leave, 12days balance annual leave. He need to claim SOCSO Notice Keilatan but require medical report from doctor, and it takes about 1 month. He is free to resign only when SOSCO validate his application. May I ask, is he eligible to receive his salary while he is using all of his remaining paid leave continuously for two months, May and June?

As long as the worker are using Annual leave, Medical leave and hospitalisation leave, there's no problem with that I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong.
