If the organisation is NGO how to get MITI letter for employer to go to office?

if an organisation is an NGO, it does not fall under MITI. As such, is there any other letter ie MITI letter other than the NGO letter to show if the employee need to go to work?

Not all industries got the MITI letter. For example, I am in Transportation and Logistic Industries, our company got the letter from Ministry of Transport. Perhaps you may refer to the ministry which is relevant to your Organization and company.
