If mall close because of HIDE, do we need to sanitise our store and ask staff to take PCR Test?

For retail store, if the mall closed under HIDE, do we need to arrange sanitize our own store and get the staff to take PCR test???

There is no need to take PCR but goverment do suggest to sanitise own store, for safety issue I believe because we will never know where the virus were.
