Can worker report to IR if they were forced to resign

I have a query. Normally when ppl resign, we would provide acceptance letter. But if suddenly he come to us and said he is not willing to resign, and was given order by someone that he need to resign. Can this person report to IR office?

If he has proof to show that he has been asked to resign, he has a good case. The onus of proof lies with the claimant.
