Have a chat with your superior and/or HR and ask them why you were not given increment. Also, its good to know or find out if your other colleagues do not get increment too or is it only you. After you get the reply, do check with your friends or family in other company (or you can check via Job Thing or other job portal) if the salary that you are receiving is according to market rate. After this, its wise to make a decision - to resign or not. If you can get a higher salary in a better environment elsewhere, do proceed. Good luck.
