looking for new job , they asked to come interview, however my current job need at least one month notice, how do I talk to the company if I can only work in next month ?

You required to be sincere during interview especially related to resignation notice. You can mentioned that you required to serve one month notice at current company, but if he ask either you can reduce your notice period then only you say that you need to check with HR if they can offset your notice using pro-rate Annual Leave. Yeah just tell them that your notice period is 1 month then they will understand.
