Can use annual leaveto off set after resignation?

If the employer ask staff to resign due to poor performance. Then the staff emailed resignation notice to superior serve 2 months notice. Can use annual leave balance 19days to off set and leave early?

If the employer said will issue to staff the Acceptance of Resignation letter only can leave.

Yes, the staff have the right to clear their leave. Just to make sure that their leave balance is correct and pro-rated
