Saya ada potensi untuk dapat position baru tapi company takut nak ambik sebab resign notice period

Saya dapat a few interviews & saya ada potential untuk dpt position tu, tapi company takut nak ambik sebab kene tunggu 1 month resign notice. for them its too long. Takkan saya nak berhenti kerja mcm tu je kalau belum confirm dapat kerja. so macam mana saya nak convince company yg saya apply tu?

then ask them to issue offer letter to you. discuss how many days/week you need before you can issue resignation letter to current company. this what I did before. good luck.

contohnya if nak resign less than a month, probably you kena pay the company 1 month notice depends on t&c in offer letter. if you insist nk kerja baru, discuss with the company you willing to resign

pastikan you dapat official offer letter from that company first. baru kira officially that company ambil you bekerja. also, please make sure nk resign dr company skrg you tau kena penalty atau tak
