If my resume is writing chinese version ,is it automatic change to english when employer using english version ?
I worry if my resume is chinese then employer use english version .Can he understand what I write ?

I believe you're mentioning Ricebowl job portal right? From what I know, the resume will not translate it to English version. So, I will recommend you to upload your resume in English, because not all recruiters can read Mandarin.
