I am dealing with some serious issues from previous employer, where I do stand a case against them, but I choose not to file it, wanting to move on and focused on getting a new job in the midst of all this pandemic issues. Someone who has more then 10 years working experience from various MNC, who held Key Account Manager role previously, to get ghosted by most of the interviewer or HR. Past 3 months, it was close to 10 interviews and not even 1 positive feedback. So happened to get hold of the reference check from a "new potential employer" who had initially so positive of wanting me in their team and to reject me the next day after reference check. It was so much baseless accusations and blind characterisation without anything to support what they claimed.
