Hi nk tnya saya kena penalti sbb resign 24hrs then company ask saya utk byr ,saya masih ada gaji utk bulan tu then bole ke saya nak bayar balance penalti deduct dekat gaji saya?

Cth, basic saya 1600 ,gaji utk bulan tu 433+ then saya kena bayar lagi 1166+, bole ke say bayar 700+ then deduct dekat gaji saya? So means total jadi 1166. hope someone can answer me immediately?
