How to terminate workers that are over 60 years old?
How to fire an employee (64 years old) in a legal way? He is already here for 3 years fyi.

Any termination need to go through domestic inquiry first. Maybe can give warning and see if he can improve. If not then inquiry again until the last warning and then only can terminate.

I suggest the PIP approach for 3 months with clearly defined KPI's and regular review meeting which is documented and also Warning Letters if there is a failure to achieve KPI's. After the 3 months, can terminate but do consider paying notice period as it shows the employer has empathy despite employees poor performance.

After the age of 60, no one has permenent employment. It is all temporary in nature as implied under the MRA. You are free to terminate his contract with notice.
