My company is going to retrench one staff from May onwards. We will pay full salary in April as well as May due to one month short notice pay in lieu as well as  compensation according to his number of years service. But how can I submit the PK form since the labour office is not open? Can I send by email to JTK? Then do we need approval before we have pay cut? Their processing time on the form stated 30days..
