The Company should issue a Retirement Notice in the month he turns 60 years old. Reference must be made to the Minimum Retirement Age Act 2012 that states Company can retire an employee on the date he turns 60 years old.
He can work till the end of his birthday month to be entitled to the full month's salary.
Thereafter if his expertise is required, proceed and issue a yearly fixed term contract.
