Is it okay to do black & white for employee performance?

May i ask you, do you record down the employee's work performance in black & white? Have you go for PIP? As now, if still continue to terminate, can be immediate. Like not with full 1 month notice? No?

Please keep proper record of non compliance agreed by both parties, so that if if hits labour office company has the required documents- do not forget Labour office will always give benifit of doubt to worker.

We have record in on our excel data but not black & white. We only do warning letter stated the work performance he did not achieve and he acknowledge it.

still there is a risk if you proceed on that, just get prepare if the employee file case at labour office or IR office and high risk will lose the case

just for your info, is not about either you have pay the balance of notice or not. my opinion is the company side does not has really strong ground on it. this might be considered as CD.

agree, labour office always side to employee. unless company has really strong evidence and supporting material to support.

if you have record in black & white or u doing PIP, it should have a regular/periodical session where the company give feedbacks to the employee. the record to shows that the employee has been advised and been given chances to improve or monitor the performance in particular period.
