If we apply WSP, we cannot layoff any non conforming staffs eventhough they not performing?

The company still can fire staff due to disciplinary issue, not that they're untouchable. As shared by some that once the worker knows the company has applied for WSP and the T&C, and not reporting to work.As such, if the company having disciplinary issue can refund the subsidy and update the worker list accordingly.

You can selective employees that perform well for wsp program

Cannot layoff within 6 month if u apply wsp for them
