Do you know what is the total that company need to pay if we have to compensate for reinstatement?

2 months worth of salary should be good. 1 month is enough, but I'm sceptical that the employee would accept it. So the tactic is offer 1 month first, then make it look as like you're succumbing to the employee request and grant him/her 2 months.
