Did not come to work for 3 days, can terminate?

Staff under probation. Contract mention 1 month notices. Staff never inform his absence until HR/superior asked. So far this week no inform. Is more than 3 days already. We issued SCL yesterday. Now wait for staff reply. The issue is, can we just issued termination letter? Seems like staff not interested to come for work.

Better follow procedure. If you issue terminate letter, then staff response u punya scl..die boleh bawa ke labor tu sbb u terminate dia.
