Can I sue the company for oweing salary?

The company bankrupted, still owe us salary and epf can we sue company director or shareholder? Director & shareholder are same person. Any government department or union can help the staff?

Industrial court will take long time to process. Some people form a group and report to JTK & they will help. But still it will take time. I came across a few individual cases that prolong for years, depending on how much complex the cases are.
