May i get some opinion on the below let say, I intend to submit my resignation letter with 1 month notice (contract 2 years) and notice period is 1 month (as per contract) however due covid situation, I still need to come to office as usual essential service (5 days a week) and decided to take one month unpaid leave from 1st May 2020-1 June 2020. Can during my unpaid leave am also submit my notice of resignation?
