Can employee bring this case to industrial court?

The case is like this: If employee is hired for team A but assigned to team B for other project without mentioning about the specific function & expectations during interview, and then being micromanaged and put to IIP followed by PIP, lead to termination after project is about to complete, can the employee bring this case to Industrial court?

Did the company provide any training for improvement? If yes, then ok. If no, then the company is answerable (Just my simplified statement). Might be careful on termination. The compensation is not cheap to repay the damages for the employee’s reputation.
