after resign 10day, I haven't received my salary for September. How long will the employer pay my salary at the latest? (Resigned on September 20)(any supporting law?)

should ask HR and report to Labour Department, you might get additional interest for laye payout...

Employer should pay your salary before 7th of October. I would recommend for you to ask your HR regarding this and ask for confirmation.
