a quick question to you for those who have to handle the salary computation:- Monthly salary computation is 26 days OR follows the total days in the calendar? The labour law stated is 26 days but some of the company follow the days in the calendar? If a new staff joined on 3/2/2020, (1-2/2 is weekend and company is no working), is he entitled for full salary in February 2020?

i need some advice, im working is shoping mall permanent staff, as Sr technician and working on shift. my HR say, when i apply AL on public holiday, they will deduct my AL. when i ask my boss, my boss say technician is skills worker's not same like office staff, when meeting time, i ask my boss how many PH entited company give for technician . my boss say follow on calendar. i ask can management give memo entitled of PH for technician. my boss say we're less than 30 staff cant give memo. when i continues ask about this issue, they say i have attitude problem. and give me pressure. what should I do on this situation. pls advised me.

My company offered Attendance Allowance to staff to encourage them to come everyday, there is no late comer, and no MC as well. However, in the current situation, is it possible if we withdraw the allowance? As for Car Allowance, instead of fix car allowance, can we change to by claim up to certain amount per year / Per month?
