I have receive the HR email that offer me internship job, and I write email to accept the offer. Then, HR send me draft of offer letter for perusal and ask me sign on the first working day (Oct).

Is this correct procedure and secure the job for me？Is it possible that HR take back the word before job start？

Maybe you can schedule a time with HR, find one day go to the company and sign the offer letter.
