Try not to read too much into a polite, encouraging comment. There are too many variables involved, and if you get your hopes up too much it makes the rejection that much more painful. The best way to approach it is keep applying and hopefully you are given an offer soon.

Doesn't mean anything at all. It's usually feel good fluff to send the interviewee off on a positive note. The only thing that matters is getting the job offer letter.

I don’t think it means anything, it’s just something to say nice to wrap things up.

Maybe, but it could also be just a common courtesy done to everyone.

Nope. Only an offer letter is a good sign.

Doesn't mean anything unless there's a job offer. All other compliments should be taken with a grain of salt.

It’s an encouraging compliment, but good luck!

It may be a good sign, it may mean nothing.

You should not read too much into it because they probably tell every one that . When I was interviewing I heard that so many times it was not funny . Hopefully you will get an offer if not then move on to the next one.

I do mostly contract gig jobs and have had plenty of great interviews without getting the job. Don't read anything into it.

It just means you've made the 1st round of cuts. A lot of companies do these screening interviews, it just means you will likely get another call or come in for another round. I usually ask the recruiter how many rounds it takes or what the process gonna be. I don't like participating in some kind of large marathon of interviews. Count me out. Many large companies do this because they want to show they did their due diligence in surveying the talent but they didn't. Performing these large batch interviews is not only one of the worst way to interview, it's also very time consuming for everyone.. Whenever I get interview I asked who is doing it, if it's not the hiring manager. It's not gonna be easy to get noticed or standout. I rather speak to the hiring manager for just 15 mins than spend an hour with a non-manager going through your background.

Most people who initiate interviews are management. And management ranks are generally filled with Sociopaths/Liars/BS artists, so no...

You should not encourage people you readily deside not to hire. Keeping their hopes high for an offer does not seem right.
