Is this legit ? I'm creating a one year contract for a contract employee to start on 10 Feb 2020, will the one year be up on 9th Feb 2021 or 10th Feb 2021? Considering this year is a leap year.

U will be advised to pay accdly at first by JTK, I believe. Once u do not follow after another report....then they will take legal procedure to make you tow to the same line. Remember...they can wait for 7 years before they make the claim... do not know how it will turn up later...
