Would like to ask opinion about offer letter.

I want to ask your opinion. In the offer letter 1. we didnt mentioned regarding allowance but they will be getting car allowance and hp allowance. 2. We mentioned Al and SL in the offer letter. Rest of the leave entittlement stated in the handbook. 3. Comission - we didnt mentioned..because it may be changeable.. But the new joiner..they ask all this must be adder in the letter..and then only they will sig n. Can we include in the letter and put a clause that management as the right to amend at any time

Bear in mind that the company has the prerogative to change its policies including all benefits, allowances and commission but not the basic salary. If the company wants to deducts staff salaries, MUST get approval from JTK, Ministry of Human Resource first. Even if approved, only for a specific time frame usually not more then 12 months.
