Managemnt asks to transfer to Europe as 'promotion', will you accept?

Company is offering me a job promotion but they told me to stay in Europe(for atleast 1year). No idea on the logistics and the covid situation.

I was offered to go to US in March but in the end I declined it - and my company was quite supprotive about it. Health always come first.
