I wanna know more about the terms for offer letter.

I received this letter and was asked to sign. I probably made a mistake by not getting clarification before i sign, and after signed i realised that something doesnt make sense to me. Can any of u help me to clarify? U see, in my Notice of Termination. And according to my offer letter, either side must give 1 month notice. So does this letter actually considered as a 1 month notice of termination? Bcos, it says that if i dont hit target by end of 3rd week then they will dismiss me. But if i hit my target, i will get to continue, but this clause will be carried forward to next month and so on.......so to me, if i hit my target this month, i get to continue, but if i dont hit 75% next month then they will dismiss me on the 4th week next month itself. Im quite confused. Can anyone here advise me so that i know my rights and i can argue back when the time comes.

In misconduct case, the company shall issue Show Cause Letter and then followed by DI (for serious or grave misconduct). For PERFORMANCE case, in normal situation, the company shall conduct Performance Improvement Program (PIP) before any other actions to terminate the contract. In a nutshell, no termination (dismissal) can easily be done by company simply due to the failure of employee in complying with employment contract. The principle of ' No termination simplicitor' is applicable. There are steps to be taken to ensure fairness especially for the employee.
