Anyone can download the EPF form from 11% to 7%?

But we need the form for staff fill if they choose the contribution to remain at 11%

Normally no form needs to fill up in reduce of contribution as it is Government direction. Just change the contribution rate from.11% to 7% in your HR payroll system. Staff only require to fill the EPF form if they choose their contribution to remain at 11%
