Dear all, how you calculate OT? You will divide based on 8h or minus out the lunch time(1H) 7h?

For my company is 8 + 1 hour lunch time so if after 8 hour count OT

kerja full time 8jam 1jm rehat..kalau nk ot bg supervisor. kerja partime masa 7jm 1jm rehat kecuali ade even funtion masa kerja hotel dulu
