Basic salary lebih kurang sama tapi sligthly more beneficial from current job. Tapi keselesaan kerja risau tak dapat dengan company baru.

Saya dah berkerja 8 tahun as customer service di sebuah private lab. Bulan May lepas company tukar beneficial and increase salary for the whole department but overall all staff unsatisfied with this decision sebab elaun totally kene tarik and kenaikan basic liked hundred bucks. Jadi bukan win2 situation with same work flow but changes benefit for us especially pekerja lama. Now, saya di offer by our client actually tapi basic beza 100 camtu tapi banyak benefit tapi takde ot or elaun. i nak minta pendapat korang yg lebih expertice perhaps.
