I'm sorry to hear about your situation with delayed salary payments and outstanding payslips. It is important to address this issue and ensure that you are being treated fairly as an employee. Here are the steps you can take: 1. Communicate with your employer: The first step should be to have a conversation with your manager or HR department to understand the reasons behind the delayed salary payments. Try to discuss your concerns and request prompt salary payments in the future. 2. Follow company procedures: Check your employment contract or company policies to understand the specific procedures for addressing complaints or grievances related to salary payments. This may involve reporting the issue to the HR department or any designated authority within your organization. 3. Give a written notice: If the salary delays persist despite your communication with your employer, you can provide a written notice stating your intention to resign within 24 hours unless the salary is paid promptly. Make sure to keep a copy for your records. 4. Seek legal advice: If your employer continues to ignore your concerns or fails to fulfill their responsibilities, it might be advisable to consult with a labor lawyer or seek advice from the relevant labor department or authority in your country. They will guide you through the legal options available to you. Remember, each country has different labor laws and regulations, so it's essential to know the specific laws applicable to your situation. Seeking advice from a legal professional in your jurisdiction will provide you with the most accurate guidance. I hope this helps, and I wish you the best of luck in resolving this issue.
