Can I know how long the maternity & paternity leave?

I just want to double check. Our company policy for pregnant leave is 2 month. But i heard that nowadays need to give 3 months. is that correct? and also, usually for the husband, do we need to give special leave? if yes, how many many days should we give?

Private sector still remain Depend your co want to increase or not Parternaty leave is depend your co policy as well

Paternity leave I think most companies given about 2 days
