Are we allow to APPLY TWICE / Double application ? Once we have had applied for " household " and THEN the single family member go for the SINGLE application ?

My understanding for this PK - To obtain the approval from JTK BEFORE proceed, correct me if i am wrong. Moreover, we need to submit the PK form (1 month at least before any salary reduction / deduction )
