What should we do if want to resubmit KWSP 17A?

If we want to resubmit KWSP 17A (Khas 2020) due to having a new staff on board, do we need to submit a new one, or we just edit the previous form? The 7% or 11% has effective this month (April) right?

7% effective April, if the employee want to remain on 11% need to fill in the form. The government only requires soft copy.
