Agreed. Now its like it lawful to give unpaid leave to staff and employer can claim 600 to given to staff.still not clear on this If I'm not mistaken, those who were asked to go unpaid leave was before the announcement of PKP. So that they are entitled for the ERP. However, during the PKP, those who are still working, employer cannot ask them to take unpaid leave or annual leave.
