May I know which medical provider are you using right now? Do you self manage? Healthmetrics can get real time updates when an employee check in to clinics and check out from a clinic and digital MC will be sent to the employer and line manager to reduce fake MC. I also use my dashboard for analysis, so I can look into the pattern of an employee from dashboard and do counselling. Employer will be showing that we are concern about employee's health, if needed, send this person for health screening to see if this person is still fit for employment. It works for me because after counselling, my staff dont take MC anymore.

Counselling and checks are good but my advice is to be mindful to not discriminating against genuine medical problem, it's not good as employee who is genuinely sick may choose not to seek medical treatment and end up with worse health condition because they are afraid of what the company may do to them
