Do you guys self manage staff medical?
I'm currently using health metrics. It can get real-time updates when an employee check in to clinics and check out from a clinic and digital MC will be sent to the employer and line manager to reduce fake MC. I also use my dashboard for analysis, so I can look into the pattern of an employee from the dashboard and do counseling. Employers will be showing that we are concern about employee's health, if needed, send this person for health screening to see if this person is still fit for employment. It works for me because, after counseling, my staff don't take MC anymore.
