Is it worth to stay in company that did not pay salary

If doesn't get salary because of current situation, and the boss still did not tell what happen to the company, it is worth it to stay in that position?

After one month no salary, (frustration of contract). time to move on. No need to wait 2 or 3 months. Then report to Labor Dept for action
