Malaysia labour law usually take how long for the progress?

If a company retrench a staff without any compensation and reason (the resignation/termination is 1 month notice). Can report to Malaysia labour law and usually will take how long for the progress?

If the staff salary above 2k, will not entitled for any termination benefit as per Employment Act, the staff have to refer to employment contract if any termination benefits/ compensation applied. You may report to Labor Office with providing necessary documents, and suggest you take the contact of Labor officer to ask about the progress period.
