Do we need to proceed suspension if the staff is in MC?

If we had suspended a worker after DI result to punishment 14 days without salary while serving a suspension, the worker was admitted and has MC for few days, we still proceed with suspension without breaking it right?

Yes. Employee shd be informed during appraisal with superior and sign on appraisal form for acknowledgement
