Allowances that do not deduct from statutory payments

Can I know where to refer on which type of allowance that is no need to deduct statutory payments? All types of allowance also liable ? any one of you has develop business continuity plan for covid 19 for your company?

I saw somewhere .. allowance such as benefit of kind type (under EA form) not liable for statutory payment. Not sure of this. Need to confirm.
