Does company need to submit PK form for wages reduction

If The Company (Employer) issues memo / notice to staff, on salary reduction, for Salary April 2020 still need to fill submit Borang PK (iv - salary reduction)?

Only for the 4 actions only (retrenchment, VSS, layoff n salary reduction) need to submit Borang PK.
