How company handle less staff if the maternity leave is long

Anyone company are practice maternity leave more than 90 days ? I heard some bank line more than 90 days. Could share how the company handle the short handled issue. Hire part time ?

Kinda agreed with this amendment. Women should be in extra care after after delivering a baby, follow up treatment also bonding between mom and child. Not to forget that emotionally should be in great condition before join back to work in order to get better forms of productivity in work wise. Cons side is short handed when it comes this matter and I think hire a part time should be ok.

a lot of mother dun mind to work from home even is during their maternity leave

Im married and Im agreed with the 90days Maternity Leave. Im not agreed with the *Cons for short handed or overstaffed * because Maternity not like suddenly admitted to hospital and left unfinished job behind. It can plan earlier because mothers have their due dates. So any future task or anything need to be done can be handover earlier

some company allowed to work from home then i believe it not much affected also.
